Frequently asked questions
Can I rent a flat before I am in Spain?
Yes. We view the flat for you by video and check the contract. You can often sign digitally, and if you like, we collect the keys for you.
Do I also pay an estate agent’s commission?
For rental flats in Spain, the agent’s commission may no longer be charged to the tenant since 2023. You only pay our fee for the work we do on your behalf.
Do I need an NIE for the rental contract?
Many landlords ask for it, as do electricity and internet providers. How to get it is explained under applying for an NIE.
